Enabling two-step verification for Business Accounts
As announced in our notice regarding the mandatory implementation of two-step verification for Business IDs,
we are making two-step verification mandatory for ‘Business Accounts’, which use the login method involving an email address and password.
In addition, for customers who have not yet set up two-step verification, we will automatically enable it in stages.
If you are unable to receive the two-step verification code via the email address registered to your Business Account and cannot log in to your advertising account, please refer to the information below and follow the instructions.
If there is a user with administrator privileges who can access the advertising account
Please refer to ‘Adding users and granting permissions’ and create a new Business Account using an email address capable of receiving verification codes.
Then, please try adding a new user and granting them permissions.
If there are no users with administrator permissions to access the advertising account
For accounts with an assigned sales representative: Please contact your sales representative.
For accounts without an assigned sales representative: You will need to contact the LINE Corporate Services Helpdesk. Please get in touch via the inquiry form provided below.
