Due to system maintenance for LY Ads, maintenance will be conducted on the above schedule. The scope of impact during the maintenance period is as follows.

Common to All Services

• All functions of the following tools will be unavailable.
  • Campaign Management Tool
  • Campaign Editor
  • LY Ads API
  • LY Ads Script
  • Inquiry Form
  • Online sign-up for LY Ads
  • LINE Ads Data Migration Tool
  • Identity verification image upload
• Business Manager connection
  Will be unavailable. Connection approvals on the Business Manager side cannot be performed.
• Payments
  • Automatic payments (prepaid) will not be processed.
  • For automatic billing (credit card post-pay), if the billing threshold is exceeded during the maintenance period, settlement may be delayed. In such cases, it will be processed after maintenance.
  • Bank transfers will be reflected after maintenance.
• Notification emails
  All notification emails, including balance alerts and review results, will be suspended.
• Performance reports
  Scheduled reports set from templates will be stopped. They will be generated sequentially after maintenance, but delays may occur.

Display Ads

• All configured automated operations will be stopped.
• Periodic updates of product lists for dynamic display ads will be stopped.
• The Conversion API using tracking tags will be unavailable. Errors will be returned if requests are made.
  *The legacy conversion advanced matching remains available.

Search Ads (Shopping)

• Account integration (shop linkage) with LINE Merchant System will be stopped.

• Your account balance may become insufficient during the maintenance period. Please consider making a sufficient deposit in advance.
• If a large number of ad submissions or setting changes are made via import immediately before maintenance, processing may take longer than usual. Please allow sufficient time when scheduling usage.

There will be no impact on ad delivery. Ads will continue to be delivered as usual during the maintenance period.
