• August 12, 2026 (Wed): Start of crawler access from new IP addresses
• From September 1, 2026 (Tue): Stop crawler access from old IP addresses

We will add new IP addresses for the crawler that retrieves files via periodic updates (regular crawling via FTP) in the product list for dynamic display ads. In addition, crawling from the existing IP addresses will be discontinued.
This change is part of a network equipment update aimed at providing stable services and improving security.

The applicable IP addresses are as follows:

If you have configured periodic updates and are using a whitelist that includes crawler IP addresses, please consider registering the new IP addresses before August 12, 2026, when crawling from the new IP addresses will begin.

During the following period, both old and new IP addresses may be used for crawling as a parallel usage period. Therefore, please ensure that both IP addresses are registered in your whitelist.
August 12, 2026 – August 31, 2026
*From September 1, 2026 onward, you may remove the old IP addresses.

From September 1, 2026 onward, access from crawlers using the old IP addresses will be stopped. If only the old IP addresses are registered in your allow list, delivery of dynamic display ads will be stopped, so please take action as early as possible.
