Summary
The maximum available duration for performance data and statistics that can be displayed and retrieved from various screens and performance reports will be changed as follows. This change is intended to ensure stable system operation based on customer usage trends.
- (Before) Up to the same date 11 years prior to the extraction date
- (After) Up to 37 months prior to the extraction date
After this change, dates earlier than 37 months before the extraction date cannot be specified when retrieving data. In addition, if "All Time" is selected in lists and other screens after the implementation date, the duration from 37 months prior to the current date will be selected.
