Scope of Impact
The impact on each service during the maintenance period is as follows.
Common to All Services
- The following functions will be unavailable in Operation History:
- Preview function for the Operation History list
- Creation of new Operation History files
- Download of created Operation History files (Search Ads and Search Ads (Shopping) only)
- The reflection of account balances on the Account List screen ("Performance Data" menu) may be delayed.
Search Ads
- The reflection of the following data may be delayed:
- Custom Key feature for Site Retargeting
- Processing for prepaid credit card payments (automatic deposit) and postpaid credit card payments "Automatic Settlement (Threshold Amount)" may be delayed. If necessary, we recommend making a deposit before the maintenance begins and maintaining a sufficient account balance.
Search Ads (Shopping)
- The reflection of the following data may be delayed:
- Performance Reports
- Performance data on various list screens
- Audience Lists
- User Size
- Audience list data for "Customer Data"
Display Ads (Auction and Guaranteed)
- The reflection of the following data may be delayed:
- Performance Reports (excluding "Store Visit Report (Yahoo Method / SoftBank Method)")
- Audience List Settings (Auction only)
- User Size
- Audience list data for "Similar Users" and "Customer Data"
- Creation of "Store Visit Report (Yahoo Method)" is unavailable in Performance Reports.
Comments
- Functions and screens not included in the scope of impact will remain available during the maintenance period.
- There will be no impact on ad delivery.
