Summary

Search Ads introduced "Ad display asset automation," a feature that allows the system to automatically create and associate ad display assets.

Specifically, the system will automatically create Quicklink assets based on submission information in the account and associate them with ad groups.
The applicable Quicklink assets will start serving after they are approved in the review process, enabling the entire process from creation to the start of ad delivery without any action required from advertisers.
This feature is expected to improve ad performance through ad display assets while reducing the workload required for campaign management.

Notes

Automatic creation of ad display assets will be enabled for all Search Ads accounts on the scheduled date. If you do not want to use automation due to your campaign management policy or other reasons, clear the "Quicklink" checkbox in the settings for automatically created assets on the "Account Settings" screen.
For ad display assets created through automation, you can only change delivery settings or delete the assets.
