In June 2025, LY Corporation launched "Business ID," which integrates "Yahoo! JAPAN Business ID" and "LINE Business ID," enabling customers to use Yahoo! JAPAN and LINE services for businesses with a single ID. Customers who have IDs for both services can use the "Business ID integration" feature to specify the IDs they wish to integrate.

As many customers have already completed the integration process, we will discontinue the integration feature. IDs that have not yet been integrated will be automatically integrated by the system. As a result, all customers will be able to use services for businesses with a single "Business ID."

Along with the system-based Business ID integration, we will also discontinue the feature for removing Business ID integration. See the following sections for details.

*After the scheduled date, you will no longer be able to integrate Business IDs by specifying particular IDs. If you want to specify the IDs to integrate, complete the integration process yourself before the scheduled date.

Any IDs that have not been integrated into a "Business ID" as of the scheduled date will be automatically integrated by the system. You cannot specify which IDs will be integrated.
In addition, the "Business ID integration" feature, which allows you to specify IDs for integration, will be discontinued. After the scheduled date, you will no longer be able to specify and integrate a "Yahoo! JAPAN Business ID" and "LINE Business ID" yourself. For details on ID integration, see "Integrate your Business ID."

● Even if your IDs are integrated by the system, the character string of the ID you currently use will not change.
● When you first log in after integration, you can continue using the service with your current ID by agreeing to the "Business ID Terms of Use." Customers using a "LINE Business ID" do not need to agree again because the "Business ID Terms of Use" have applied to them since June 30, 2025.
● If you have linked an integrated Business ID with a Yahoo! JAPAN ID, you will be able to change the linked Yahoo! JAPAN ID after the scheduled date.

*After the discontinuation date, you will no longer be able to undo the integration of integrated Business IDs.

Along with the system-based ID integration, the feature for undoing integration will also be discontinued.
To undo the integration, see "ビジネスIDの統合を解除したい(available in Japanese)."

The Business IDs eligible for undoing integration vary depending on the date you undo the integration.

■Integration undone on or before Monday, October 12, 2026
All integrated Business IDs are eligible.

■Integration undone between Tuesday, October 13, 2026 and Tuesday, October 27, 2026
Only Business IDs that you integrated yourself by specifying a "Yahoo! JAPAN Business ID" and "LINE Business ID" on or before Monday, October 12, 2026 are eligible. Business IDs integrated by the system cannot be undone.
