In June 2025, LY Corporation launched "Business ID," which integrates "Yahoo! JAPAN Business ID" and "LINE Business ID," enabling customers to use Yahoo! JAPAN and LINE services for businesses with a single ID. Customers who had IDs for both services were provided with the "Business ID integration" feature, which allowed them to specify and integrate their IDs.

As many customers have already completed the integration process, we have ended the Business ID integration feature. IDs that had not yet been integrated were automatically integrated by the system. As a result, all customers can now use services for businesses with a single "Business ID."

In addition, following the system-based Business ID integration, the Business ID removal feature has also been discontinued. Please see the following sections for details.

October 13, 2026 (Tue)

The system integrated "Yahoo! JAPAN Business IDs" and "LINE Business IDs" that had not yet been integrated into "Business IDs" as of the implementation date. In conjunction with this change, we also ended the "Business ID integration" feature that allowed customers to integrate their IDs themselves.

● Even when IDs are integrated by the system, the character string of the ID you currently use will not change.
● When you log in for the first time after integration, you can continue using the services with your current ID by agreeing to the "Business ID Terms of Use." Customers using "LINE Business ID" do not need to agree again because the "Business ID Terms of Use" have applied to them since June 30, 2025.
● If your integrated Business ID is linked to a Yahoo! JAPAN ID, you can now change the linked Yahoo! JAPAN ID.
