In August 2025, we added new IP addresses for accessing product feeds from the LINE Merchant System. As a result, we stopped access to product feeds from the following previous IP addresses:

If you have only specified the previous IP addresses, you can't retrieve the product feed, and the delivery of product showcase and Shopping Search Ads will be suspended. To avoid any loss of opportunity caused by delivery suspension, consider changing your settings as early as possible to allow access from the IP addresses specified in the latest product feed linkage specifications.
