Summary
We started the test delivery of Yahoo! JAPAN Ads in answers generated using LY Corporation’s generative AI.
Based on the internet user’s question and the generative AI’s answers, ads may appear when the system determines that delivery is appropriate.
Ads may appear in the following services. At launch, delivery is limited to the smartphone version. The target services and devices may change.

Delivery of generative AI answers is currently running as a test. No charges apply for ads delivered during this test. The following limitations apply:
- Test delivery results are not recorded in performance reports. As a result, there may be differences between actual site traffic and your performance report.
- We can’t provide information on which questions or answers resulted in ad delivery.
- We can’t stop ad delivery in generative AI answers.
